We, the members of the Union Missionary Baptist Church, here restate the purpose for which this church is established and the guidelines by which it should operate. We pledge our efforts to the accomplishments of this purpose within the broad principles of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20). The purpose of this church is to provide a pathway for salvation of humanity through Christ Jesus. We seek to accomplish this goal by providing "Christ Centered/Bible Based" teaching, a warm and friendly atmosphere of love, and an environment that allows for the development of the individual, the family, and the community as whole. With prayer and the Power of the Holy Spirit, we can meet this goal.
